In-service Negotiation & Conflict Resolution workshop discussion with Nate Holland:
4:30pm – 5:30pm.
Nate is Nevada Deputy Attorney General with extensive experience in labor law, employment law, and contract negotiations. In his current role, he provides representation and counsel to state agencies on a wide range of HR and labor relations matters. Nate is also the chief negotiator for the state of Nevada and has presented several continuing legal education seminars on negotiations. With this deep experience in negotiations, Nate will guide us through negotiation principles and experiences that will help mediators, and all other forms of conflict resolution practitioners, be better at their trade. Nate is also a volunteer mediator with the Neighborhood Mediation Center.
